INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup partskim ricotta or cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop OxyWhey Mocha protein powder
- 1/8 tsp instant coffee
- 1 -2 drops liquid Stevia or sweetener of your choice for decoration (optional)
- Cocoa powder
- Chocolate shavings
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a bowl place ricotta, Greek yogurt, OxyWhey Mocha, instant coffee and Stevia. Mix to combine.
2. Transfer to a serving glass and chill for 2 hours. Just before serving, dust with cocoa powder and sprinkle with chocolate shavings if using.
