Summer Sale 2026 Shipping Disclaimer:

Free shipping applies to orders over $70 CAD. Shipping on all other orders is calculated at checkout.

During high-volume sale periods, dispatch and delivery may take longer than usual. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown at checkout. During this high-volume sales period, please allow 5–10 business days for order processing and dispatch.


Shipping & Delivery Times (Does not apply to Summer Sale 2026)

Once we receive your order, our team will promptly pick, pack, and process it within 48 business hours*. You'll receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been processed, so you can stay updated on its delivery.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Here are some estimated delivery times for domestic orders within Canada.

  • Standard:  1-7 business days


Shipping Costs & Fees


Domestic orders within Canada will qualify for free shipping if orders are over $150 (after discount). 

Domestic orders that fall below $150 will be charged a fee starting from $9.95. 

Successfully placed orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business/working days (depending on order volume) and will then be dispatched from our warehouse.

 

Refunds

If you have received a damaged product or if a product has been delivered that is different to the product listed in your order, notify us within the first 7 days after delivery, then we will:

  • (a) replace the damaged or incorrect product with a new replacement; or
  • (b) if we are unable to provide a new replacement product, we will refund you the purchase price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Where goods are received damaged on delivery, we require photographic evidence before authorizing the return of your goods.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items found on our site cannot be returned. With supplements in particular, goods that have been opened with and the security seals removed are unable to be returned or refunded. 

Other exceptions apply where items may not be returned including:

  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance Items
  • Loyalty Points For Case


We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
