Is a plant protein actually as good?

When should I take OxyShred so it does not affect my sleep?

Keep the caffeinated ones to the earlier half of your day, leaving 3 to 4 hours between doses, and take the last one well before evening. Ultra Concentration and Hardcore both contain caffeine. What is the difference between Ultra Concentration, Hardcore and Non-Stim?

Ultra Concentration is the original and the one most people start on, at 60 serves. Hardcore is the stronger formula at 40 serves, and the label limits you to one scoop a day rather than two.
