Each scoop contains 110 mg of caffeine anhydrous plus caffeine from Green Tea and Green Coffee extracts. Total caffeine is 300 mg per daily dose of 2 scoops. Consumption alongside other caffeine-containing products is not recommended.

IS THIS THE SAME FORMULA AS THE US VERSION?

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO TAKE HECTIC?

Around 20 to 30 minutes before training. Because HECTIC contains caffeine, we recommend avoiding it late in the day. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep.

CAN I STACK HECTIC WITH OTHER EHPLABS PRODUCTS?

Do not stack HECTIC with any other product that contains caffeine or stimulants, including OxyShred, OxyShred Hardcore, coffee, tea, cola, guarana or mate. Combining caffeine sources is not recommended as it may increase the risk of adverse effects. Non-stimulant products such as Crea-8 Creatine Monohydrate, Glutamine or Beyond BCAA can be taken alongside it.
