Eligibility and Sale Period

The Summer Sale runs from 7:00 PM EDT, Tuesday 9 June 2026 (9:00 AM AEST, Wednesday 10 June 2026) until 11:59 PM local time, Tuesday 30 June 2026. Discounts apply only to orders placed within this window. Orders placed outside the sale period are not eligible for sale pricing.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Discount Application and Codes

Discounts apply only to products marked as part of the Summer Sale. Unless expressly stated, discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupon codes, or loyalty rewards. Only one discount code may be applied per order.

Any discount codes are for personal use only, are non-transferable, and may not be resold, published on coupon or deal aggregator sites, or shared for unauthorised use. EHPlabs may void, reverse or cancel any order that uses a code obtained, shared or applied improperly, or a code that has been leaked publicly.

Order Limits

To ensure fair access for all customers, the following limits apply:

• A maximum of 4 units per product and 20 items per order for standard products.
• These limits also apply per customer, per household, per payment method and per delivery address across the full sale period.

EHPlabs may cancel, adjust or partially fulfil orders that exceed these limits, as well as multiple orders that appear linked or intended to circumvent them. Sale products are for personal use only and are not for resale. EHPlabs reserves the right to cancel any order it reasonably believes is placed for commercial resale.

Free Gift with Purchase

A free gift with purchase is not part of the Canada Summer Sale.

Limited Stock and Availability

All products are available while supplies last. Items may sell out without notice, and adding a product to your cart does not guarantee availability at checkout. EHPlabs may remove unavailable items from an order if stock runs out.

Subscriptions

Sale items and bundles are not available for purchase via subscription. Existing subscription orders renew at their standard subscription price and are not automatically repriced to the sale price.

Loyalty Program

Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with sale discounts unless expressly stated.

Returns, Exchanges and Your Consumer Rights

This is a final sale event. Change of mind returns, refunds and exchanges are not offered on sale items, except as required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation or any implied statutory warranty. If a product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under applicable law. To request a remedy for a faulty or defective item, contact us at casupport@ehplabs.com.

Product Expiry

All EHPlabs products display a Best Before date on the packaging. Any item with less than four months of shelf life remaining will be marked on the product page. Products are safe for consumption up to the Best Before date when stored as directed.

Shipping and Dispatch

Free shipping applies to orders over $70 CAD. Shipping on all other orders is calculated at checkout.

During high-volume sale periods, dispatch and delivery may take longer than usual. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown at checkout. During this high-volume sales period, please allow 5–10 business days for order processing and dispatch.

Order Verification and Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraudulent activity, EHPlabs may verify orders before dispatch. Orders may be delayed or cancelled where irregularities are detected, including mismatched billing and shipping details, multiple accounts, unusual order patterns, or payment verification issues. EHPlabs reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, and to take action against accounts associated with fraudulent payments or chargeback abuse.

Technical Errors and Misuse

EHPlabs takes reasonable steps to ensure the website operates correctly during the sale. In the event of a pricing error, cart malfunction, duplicate free gift issue or coupon misuse, EHPlabs reserves the right to cancel or modify any affected orders.

Attempts to manipulate or exploit the website (for example, refreshing the checkout to duplicate gifts, or using scripts, bots, browser extensions or manual code edits) may result in immediate order cancellation and possible account suspension. EHPlabs actively monitors transactions and reserves the right to investigate and void any suspicious activity.

Right to Amend or Cancel

EHPlabs reserves the right to modify, suspend or end the sale at any time without notice. EHPlabs may also correct pricing or promotional errors even after an order has been submitted, and cancel any order that breaches these Terms, including orders created through website errors, automation tools or bad faith actions.
