1. Promoter

The promoter of the $10,000 AUD Cash Giveaway (the "Promotion") is EHPlabs, with participation across the following websites:

• EHPlabs.com
• EHPlabs.com.au
• EHPlabs.co.uk
• EHPlabs.ca

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all residents in countries served by the above websites, except where prohibited by local laws. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on November 4, 2024, at 8:00 AM AEDT and ends on December 2, 2024, at 11:59 PM AEDT ("Promotion Period"). The winner will be drawn on December 13, 2024.

4. Entry Conditions

To enter the Promotion, participants must make a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period on one of the participating EHPlabs websites. Entries are determined based on the order value per region as follows:

United States (EHPlabs.com)

• $70 spend = 1 Entry
• $100 spend = 5 Entries
• $150 spend = 10 Entries

Australia (EHPlabs.com.au)

• $100 spend = 1 Entry
• $150 spend = 5 Entries
• $200 spend = 10 Entries

United Kingdom (EHPlabs.co.uk)

£40 spend = 1 Entry

£65 spend = 5 Entries

£100 spend = 10 Entries

• $100 CAD spend = 1 Entry
• $150 CAD spend = 5 Entries
• $200 CAD spend = 10 Entries

5. Entry Limitation

Entries are not stackable. If a participant’s order qualifies for multiple entry tiers, only the highest applicable entry will be counted. For example, if a participant qualifies for both 5 and 10 entries in a single transaction, only 10 entries will be applied to the total. Multiple orders during the promotion period will be able to be combined. For clarity, if you spend $150 in one order (10 entries) and $100 in another order (5 entries), you would have a total of 15 entries.

6. Prize

• The total prize is $10,000 AUD.
• The prize is awarded to one (1) winner, randomly selected from eligible entries.

7. Winner Selection

• The winner will be drawn at random on December 13, 2024.
• The winner will be notified via the email address provided during their purchase within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Prize Conditions

• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation.
• The winner is responsible for any taxes or duties associated with accepting the prize, as required by their country of residence.

9. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries.
• The Promoter may, at its discretion, disqualify any participant who is found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

10. Liability

• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties or disruptions that may affect participation in the Promotion.In the event of any technical problems, participants are encouraged to contact customer support for assistance.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from this Promotion or the awarding of the prize.

11. Privacy

• By entering the Promotion, participants agree to the Promoter collecting, using, and disclosing their personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the participating EHPlabs websites.
